Covid-19 pandemic has tormented the world for last 2+ years.   Chirag headed the Technology workstream - emergency pandemic response for State of RI.  C19 was a fast moving pandemic that caught the (tech) world off-guard.  From vision to creation, Phase 1 launch of 'Pandemic Response Platform' was accomplished in under 4 weeks, the first of it's kind in the country,  For all the experience gathered across the globe, this role was & will always remain the most satisfying. It was a race against time, an existential crisis and an honor to work alongside the most dedicated, relentless, humane workforce one could imagine

As, Chief of IT (Agencies & Enterprise Applications) for State of RI, Chirag headed Executive branch application portfolio that spanned from mainframe based systems to blockchain programs, from running $200M+ RFPs to strategizing multi-year application modernization.  

As, Head of Retail Business sub unit for a global consulting firm, Chirag grew portfolio to $100M+ annual revenue within 4 years.  Large initiatives included: 

• strategy consulting & delivery of global ERP rollout (12 regions incl. China, Russia, UK ..) in under 3 years
• scaling a team from 0 to 1000 within a year across eCommerce, retail, merchandising, supply chain, infrastructure support & corporate systems contributing to $20M+ savings for the client
• managing teams in US, ANZ, EU, Mexico, India (diversity matters: brings clarity in thought & approach)

As, Delivery Partner spent 6+ years in China establishing & scaling local team that delivered programs across South East Asia.
